Part community, part game, part business, part learning - skool offers creators an easy way to create communities and monetize their content. Their mission is to support creators to earn a living by bringing people together to collaborate on shared goals and interests. Skool is providing a unique platform to the rapidly expanding creator economy, and doing it in a way that puts the creator and their community at the heart of every decision being made, from attractive monetization models to putting the spotlight on the creator and their brand over Skool itself.

Evolution, not revolution
As a rapidly growing platform with a large user base, it was important to keep key elements recognizable and to bring the very active Skool community on board. By taking an evolutionary approach to the brand, we worked with Skool’s founder and leveraged the community’s feedback to update just the right amount of the brand—without disorienting or alienating existing users of the platform.
Simple, but never basic
Creator tools are complicated, and more often than not, creators’ capacity and teams are limited. Managing an active community around that can be even more complicated. Our guiding principle was to keep things simple - ensuring the platform is easy to use is a core value of Skool’s - and we built a brand around this. Skool is everything you need and nothing you don’t.
Skool’s brand evolved to much better reflect the strength of our product. Pumped with the work we did with Course Studio.

Delightful design at every turn
A core principle of Skool is to be extremely simple to use - but simplicity does not need to come across as plainness. With a visually engaging palette of colors, and a suite of dynamic icons and illustrations, the Skool brand feels dynamic throughout every user interaction.
